FIELD OF THE INVENTION The invention relates to agricultural machinery and can be used in the design of a combine harvester.
The purpose of the invention is to increase productivity.
FIG. 1 shows a threshing and separating device, side view j in FIG. 2 - switchgear; in fig. 3 is a diagram of a switchgear with one separation device; in FIG. 4, the same with two separating devices.
The threshing and separating device consists of an inclined conveyor 1, a threshing drum 2 with a trellised deck 3, a distributing 4 and a separating 5 devices, which are located in the housing 6.
The distribution device 4 is made in the form of a drum 7 with two groups of guide sectors 8 and 9, and the central sectors can. have a wedge shape.
The separation device 5 includes a housing 10, which houses the separation rotor 11. The separation device 5 may consist of two separation rotors 12 and two separation covers 13. The loading windows 14 of the covers 10, 13 are located at their ends. Each ipOTop splitter 11, 12 has a support 15, which is made in the form of a mass guide.
The distributor 4 and the separating device 5 are interconnected by fixed guides 16 and 17.
Threshing and separating device operates as follows.

part of the grain spills through the lattice deck 3, and the unselected grain along with the straw enters the distribution device 4. The distribution device 4 moves the mass by sectors 8 and 9 and evenly feeds it to the loading windows 14 of the separation device 5, which ensures lower productivity.
In the separation device 5, the mass is actively agitated, and the grain passes through the openings of the casing 10, and the straw is taken out of its limits.
